Horarium is a Bible reading application that helps users:

• Track reading progress through various Bible reading plans
• Sync reading history across devices
• Connect with accountability partners
• Access Scripture in multiple translations

User Accounts

To use certain features of Horarium, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service

Subscriptions and Payments

Horarium offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions:

• Are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection
• Automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Can be cancelled at any time through your app store account settings

Bible Content

Bible translations provided through Horarium are sourced from licensed providers. The text is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Intellectual Property

Horarium and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Horarium and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Horarium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination
